Jaw crushing plant suits large-scale end users
The Powerscreen Pegson XA750 offers jaw crushing productivity at up to 827 tph. The XA750 is fitted with a hydraulically driven pan feeder and live pre-screening unit, with a bolt-in cartridge style grizzly section, to remove fines and sizes prior to crushing, avoiding packing and unnecessary manganese wear.
Pre-screened material can be stockpiled via an optional dirt conveyor or redirected via the bypass chute onto the main product conveyor. An unrestricted feed opening of 55 in. x 32 in. prevents bridging and maintains a consistent feed to the WJ55 single toggle jaw crusher, which features a hydraulic closed side setting adjustment system that can be changed for maximum control of product sizing. A 288 kW diesel engine powers the system.
