The C116 Jaw Crusher has an opening of 1150mm X 800 mm and can be fed with rock up to 700mm in size. The machine has absolutely new design, blending proven solutions with the latest know-how. The 20,000 kg weighing machines can be operated in the speed range of 280 ~ 305 rpm. The Closed side setting (CSS or ‘gap’) can be set between 70 ~ 200 mm. The machine can crush rock with a capacity up to 450 tph.
The jaw plates are interchangeable between the fixed and movable side, which will help the customer to achieve better operational profits, & easier logistics.
C116 is launched in to the global market after a detailed & satisfactory testing course in hard rock quarries of Scandinavia. During the design of C116, great time & efforts have been invested on FEM analysis and strength optimization.
The C116 is made from high quality components like special steel castings, alloyed oversized main shaft, and premium quality bearings for dedicated service in the quarries all over the world. The machine benefits from well known Nordberg C series Jaw Crusher features like pin and bolt design for higher frame strength, fast setting adjustment with proven wedge system and comes with an integral motor mount for cost effectiveness.
