Horizontal Shaft Impactor Product Details

The Priya Horizontal Shaft Impactor has got its unique design of simplicity. Perhaps, the design is developed as the most efficient type of secondary territory and quaternary crushing applications. This Impactor drastically increase production, generates more uniform product gradations and cubical shaped products. The material to be reduced is fed into Hopper from which, it falls directly into the center of Impactor Impeller, rotating at high speed. The material is then uniformly flung outwards by centrifugal force. The rotating speed of the Impeller Assembly along with the precision speed and angles outwards and forwards against the stationary.

Crushing by impact as distinguished from crushing by pressure has its own advantages. Pressure is applied instantly during crushing and therefore the material is breaking by impact. The impact crusher is a ruddeg and rigid machine which is also provided with safety device to prevent damages to rotor etc. the impact crusher is used to produce high quality cubical shape of materials. It fetches the high ratio of reduction direct control of product gradation and excellent product shape.

Horizontal Shaft Impactor Working Principals

Rolled and electro welded steel bed frame fitted with a one tillable lid, being the opening device retched lever operated type, provides and easy and comfortable inspection and servicing. Like wise, the front area of the manhole lid is tillable to have as to the feed chamber. So there is no need to dismantle the loading hopper.

Rolled and electro welded rotor made out in a single part and equipped with a grinding plates, which impact the material against suspended anvils. The entire inner parts are touching the material to be crushed is protected by means of special anti-wear steel plates, inter changeable which may be fix and dismantle very easily, side windows provided is for the inspection of interior parts. Impact bars of special anti-wear alloys steels which can be replaced very easily.

Impact anvils also made of special anti-wear steel protected by exchangeable thick bars made of special steels. Higher resistance alloyed forged steel shaft fixed on the rotor by means of accurate conical sleeve, assuring the necessary adjustable and easily dismantle. The special bearing housing made from steel casting with spherical roller bearing protected against dust by sealed labyrinths. The bearing is lubricated by Grease.
