Diabase is a shallow into basic intrusive rock, color is generally dark green or black, consisting chiefly of pyroxene and plagioclase composition of basic, containing a small amount of olivine, biotitic, quartz, apatite, magnetite, limonite, ophitic texture, blocky structure, with sills, dike or volcano neck output, with the gabbros and basalt with symbiosis, symbiosis can be, or become acidic rock mass of dark dikes.
