CEDARAPIDS 32X40 PORTABLE JAW CRUSHER
Includes Cedarapids 32X40 jaw crusher with 125 HP motor, 46″X16′ vibratory grizzly feeder, 48″ discharge conveyor, mounted on Cedarapids 3 axle chassis.
Jaw dies approximately 90% on stationary, 75% on moving. Grizzly bars are in very good condition (new in 2008), and pan very good. Jaw has remote greasing manifold. Discharge conveyor has shock-absorbing rollers under crusher discharge point. Vibratory grizzly area has added steel re-inforcement framework to protect the chassis and VGF.
Crusher has been used primarily to crush limestone , and has been well maintained. Good framework, well designed, and in very good working condition.
PARKER JAW PLANT: 1000X600 (22X42)
Plant has been modified to use American made jaw dies, hydraulic components and fittings in many areas. Powered by Cat 3306 diesel engine and hydraulic powered. Completely self-contained for portable crushing. Very well maintained. Installed jaw does approximately 45% to 80%. 36″ discharge belt. Vibratory grizzly feeder. Mounted on three axle factory chassis. Running gear in good condition. Has been used for portable contract crushing.
Cedarapids 30X42 jaw crusher, S/N. 37453, mounted on factory tandem-axle chassis. Includes vibratory grizzly feeder, removable hopper, 42” discharge conveyor, and powered by a Murphy turbo-charged diesel engine.
Diesel engine runs the jaw crusher and the discharge conveyor. Electric motor powered VGF with remote switch. Includes access ladders and walkways. Stationary jaw die 90%, and moving jaw die 60% at bottom and 35% on top. Reinforced chutework.
In very good working condition. Currently still on quarry site. Running gear will be reconditioned as necessary prior to movement.
