Grizzly bars are tapered to self-relieve with adjustable spacing for bypass sizing. Feeder construction includes heavy-duty deck plate with optional AR plate liners. Heavy-duty spring suspension withstands loading impact and assists vibration.
MESABI® screen
Designed with a positive throw to efficiently scalp and size primary feed from typical wet and dirty deposits with virtually no plugging. The Mesabi 4-bearing scalping screen is built with a heavy-duty reinforced main frame, rigid box-type screen pan, IsoVibe™ screen mounting and a heavy-duty eccentric shaft assembly.
LOW-PROFILE SCREEN
Designed for high capacity operation within lowprofile applications, the 10° lowprofile, 2-bearing screen can produce up to four products simultaneously. The heavy-duty, single eccentric shaft assembly provides lower maintenance costs than two- or three-shaft horizontal screens, but still provides the throw and frequency required for maximum capacity and gradation control.
