1. In production operation of gyratory crusher , please pay attention to the following matters:
(1) should pay attention to the internal abnormal chimingr
(2) if the machine is running smooth, if materials feed and discharge is unblocked;
(3) if the pump operation, at various points the oil flows indicator, the oil temperature and oil pressure are normal or not.
2. Check whether each part of the following fits the requirements:
(1) the temperature of oil discharged from the cooler is commonly 45 ~ 53 ℃;
(2) the temperature of return oil less than 60 ℃;
(3) the pressure of oil feed pipe is o. 08 ~ 0.1 5MPa.
3. Check, adjust or replace the following parts:
(1) check if the fasteners get loose, they should be tightened when they are loose;
(2) check the loosening and wear situation of lining board. When lining board wears to a certain extent the discharging granularity coarsens, it needs to improve the movable cone to modify the width of discharg opening. If lining board is worn badly, it needs change the lining plate of the fixed cone or movable cone.
