Main equipments
With vibrating feeder , bucket elevator, conveying machine, it can form a whole beneficiation production line. The production line is made of the following main equipments, such asjaw crusher, ball mill , classifier, magnetic separator, flotation machine, thickener, drying machine, etc.
Specific process of production line are as followings
The ore is transmited to jaw crusher by vibrating feeder . Jaw crusher does the first crushing. In this stage, there are two types of jaw crusher, one is coarse jaw crusher, another is fine jaw crusher. At the same time, cone crusher can replace one of the jaw crusher, such as spring cone crusher, CS cone crusher, hydraulic cone crusher, etc.
when the rock is crushed to a reasonable fineness, and then conveyed into ball mill (energy saving ball mill, cement ball mill, ceramic ball mill, rod mill)by bucket elevator, the ball mill does crushing and grinding on ore. By grinding of ball mill, the fine mineral material is got and then entered into next working procee: classification.
Rotary classifier adopts the working priciple that different proportion of solid particles have different precipitation speed, does cleaning and classifying on ore mixture. When the ore mixture that is cleaned and classifyed enters into magnetic separator, the magnetic materials is separated from ore mixture by magnetic and mechanical force, due to the magnetized coefficient rate of various ore is diffferent. Then, the material particles after primary separation by magenetic separator are conveyed into flotation machine.
According to different mineral properties, it will be added different medicine, so as to make the minerals and other substances to separate. When the minerals is isolated, because it contains a large number of moisture, so it need do primary concentrate by thickener, then do drying by dry machine, finally the dry minerals is got.
