Certified remanufactured means every part has been removed from the machine and thoroughly inspected. The main frame is sand blasted and inspected for wear or damage and shafting is inspected for wear or cracking. Any component
reused in the machine has passed inspection and met new part tolerances or it is replaced.
Key internal parts, including; all roller bearings, bronze bushings, seals and wear liners are automatically replaced with new parts. New paint is applied and final quality assurance testing is performed, just as it is with new equipment . The only way to get closer to new, is to pay for new.
