There are three mid-range sizes of AP Impact crushers available for primary, secondary or recycling units.
Factory equipped with four bar rotors, these Impact Crushers can be converted to two bar machines with the addition of a specialized counterweight system. These crushers are medium duty, and are ideally suited for installation on stationary or portable crushing systems.
These impact crusher units are designed for high production primary, secondary, and recycling applications. The standard open rotor design provides sufficient force to handle large feed material. The even heavier SR (solid rotor) units provide all the mass and strength necessary to crush feed material up to 36″.
Whichever unit is ultimately selected, these units are each manufactured with heavy duty, high speed spherical bearings and oversized shafts. Those critical components help to ensure a long lasting operating life for the Impact Crushers.
All machines use greased bearings. They are also all equipped with hydraulically operated hoods, manually adjusted primary curtains, and hydraulically adjusted secondary curtains. Blow bars are available in manganese, and low, medium, and high chrome steels. We also work with foundries to supply the best wear parts for each particular application.
Diamond equipment ‘s line of Horizontal Shaft Impact Crushers comprises a versatile selection of Crushers ranging from small secondary units, to large primary units.
With rotor options that include open and solid rotor construction, and 2, 3, and 4 row configurations, the various models can be equipped to satisfy most applications and operator preferences.
The Crushers come complete with hydraulic adjustment mechanisms for primary ans secondary curtains. This provides outstanding operational ease as liners and blow bars wear. Rather than burdensome mechanical adjustments, these machines can be adjusted with a simple to use hydraulic cylinder.
The Impact Crushers are routinely installed in stationary and portable crushing systems. All of the rotors utilize an operator friendly centrifugal wedge system. The rotor is also designed in a manner to minimize the likelihood of catastrophic damage cause by blow bar breakage.
