VIBRATING GRIZZLY FEEDER
Large Vibrating Grizzly Feeder features a huck bolted design and welded main frame which provides a solid feeder foundation and maximum durability.
Variable speed hydraulic drive design provides smooth controlled feed rates while separating fines.
FINES conveyor
Material separated by the Vibrating Grizzly Feeder can be removed to be stockpiled or recombined with crusher throughs. Optional side delivery conveyor hydraulically folds away for travel.
HYDRAULIC CRUSHER DRIVE
Allows the crusher to be reversed in order to relieve jamming and plugging. Reduces maintenance by eliminating the use of a clutch.
VANGUARD JAW
Innovative jaw die and sideliner retention systems make for quick wear liner changes while increasing utilization.
Standard barrel protector plate eliminates upper barrel wear, which reduces operating and maintenance costs.
SELF-CLEANING MAGNET
Optional self-cleaning cross belt magnet discharges ferrous material to the side of the plant for collection. Improves product quality by separating ferrous contaminations from processed material before stockpiling or further sizing.
