McCloskey Feeder Stackers combine our heavy duty truss frame portable stackers with a dedicated feeder unit for tackling application that would bridge traditional stacking conveyors.
Availble in 85′ or 100′ models, the McCloskey Feeder Stacker combines a high capacity 48″ wide belt feed hopper with a 48″ wide heavy duty truss stacking conveyor . This machine allows stockpiling of bulky material with a tendency to bridge, such as: compost, wood waste, bark and logs.
The Feeder Stacker is also available as an aggregate spec unit. The agg-spec Feeder Stacker comes with a hydraulic tipping grid, smooth 42″ belts with blade style belt scrapers and a higher TPH capacity. Fit the optional Vibrating Grid (Single or Double deck) to make this unit a Screener Stacker!
McCloskey Direct Load Stackers
The 2010 McCloskey Direct Load Stacking Conveyor is the result of continuous development of the original V-Bin stacker invented by Paschal McCloskey over 20 years ago.
The ‘V-Bin’ section itself is now fully hydraulically folding and boasts a standard capacity of 7 cubic yards (larger bins available on request). In order to deal with shock loads of 10 tons and more the Direct Load Stacker uses a very heavy duty build and includes tightly spaced impact rollers, heavy duty 3 ply belting and reinforced frame.
For ease of setup, all Direct Load Stackers come standard with hydraulic landing gear and hydraulic top fold.
McCloskey 36×80 Stackers
The newly designed McCloskey 36×80 Stacker comes standard with a diesel Power pack, radial axle, hydraulic top fold and hydraulic raise and lower. They can be operated by one person, and can be set up in 10 minutes, making the McCloskey Stacker the most particle available.
With 600fpm belt speed, the McCloskey 36×80 stacker provides an impressive stockpiling capability that exceeds 32′ (10m) in height and a radial stockpile volume of 10,900m³ (14,260yd³) and at 180º (19,253 tons).
