Based on our field experience it was important to create large feed opening, very aggressive cavity nip angle and extremely long stroke in the bottom of the cavity to achieve the highest possible capacity in this size class.
Huge improvement was also taken in safety when durable composite guards were implemented first time in this jaw crusher size class for easy and safe service and maintenance. Lots of focus was also put to limit the number of service points with easy access.
