To further increase productivity and reliability, Komatsu has incorporated its patented HydrauMind hydraulic technology into its latest mobile crusher.
The system supplies the optimal amount of oil through load-sensing and pressure-compensated valves, which sense overloads and automatically slow the feed.
Equipped with a large-capacity KCJ4222 jaw crusher, the BR380JG-1 is powered by a 180-hp Komatsu SAA6D102E-2 engine and has a production output of 55 to 265 U.S. tph.
The BR380JG-1 offers numerous equipment feature:
Fully automatic discharge setting adjustment system that makes it easy to change the jaw discharge opening.
The vibrating grizzly feeder uses a two-step deck grizzly section to reduce clogging and evenly separates and feeds material into the jaw. In addition, an optional muck conveyor is available to further enhance feeding efficiency. The high-speed, large-capacity conveyor belt has a reverse feature to help remove jammed material.
