Through design flexibility Pioneer offers a wide variety of feeding, scalping, and throughput material delivery to meet your application   requirements. Pioneer crushers , plants, feeders and components are engineered and manufactured from a single source and in the U.S.A.  Pioneer  designing experience guarantees all components have a perfect fit. By using multiple DOT approved axle configurations, Pioneer  provides the most  portable plant designs in the industry. Stationary plants are available in the same configurations as portable plants.  Additionally, Pioneer offers a wide variety of self-contained power sources.

FEED – SCALP – CRUSH
Designed to handle typical quarry rock, sand and gravel or recycle utilizing a vibrating feeder and grizzly section with an all – in – one feed and scalping operation for low-cost, low-maintenance crushing. Features a heavy-duty vibrating feeder with an adjustable grizzly section that allows for bypass sizing of feed material to maximize crusher efficiency.

FEED – SCALP – CRUSH
Designed for those applications with moist and/or dirty feed materials where it is desirable to remove vines and produce a sized natural product in addition to producing a crushed product. Features a heavy-duty or extra heavy-duty apron feeder and a Mesabi® Scalping screen .

Pioneer RT (Rocky Trax®) series plants are designed to be highly portable using a crawler track undercarriage while incorporating the features and benefits of the feeding-scalping-crushing plants. These plants are self-contained and offer the ultimate fast set-up, in-pit and on-site mobility.
Plant options include: a side delivery conveyor that allows a natural product to be removed under the grizzly section of the vibrating grizzly feeder and a cross belt magnet for metal separation in recycle applications.
