A low cost alternative to the track mobile crushing plant , the H2550-PP-VGF is a unique wheeled portable solution for the mobile crushing operation. Low mobilization costs combined with low maintenance requirements and high production

Efficiently designed, the H2550-PP-VGF is easily transported from job to job on its own chassis (no special trailers are needed). When equipped with hydraulic leveling and diesel power options, the plant becomes self-contained and can go into production moments after arriving on the job site.
The 48″ (1220 mm) wide Vibrating Grizzly feeder is equipped with a variable speed drive and 6 ft. (1829 mm) long grizzly scalping section, allowing maximum production through the plant. The Hydra-Jaw H2550 jaw crusher delivers both
high production and advanced technologies to reduce operating costs. The unique HydraJaw toggle, custom designed for the mining industry, significantly reduces downtime and operating costs with labor saving features:
Hydraulic Chamber Clearing: similar to a cone crusher , the HydraJaw can clear material from the
crushing chamber in about 15 minutes, eliminating hours of downtime digging out the crusher following an E-stop.
Hydraulic Tramp Iron relief: A relief system protects crusher components from damage when uncrushable material enters the chamber, preventing hours or days waiting for repairs.
Hydraulic Adjustment: Push button controls adjust the setting in moments.
