Railway Concrete Plant Description:
Our HZS railway concrete plant is specially designed for express railway uses. It adopts twin-spiral mixer to ensure 15% higher in efficiency and 20% higher in energy-saving compared with traditional double-horizontal-shaft concrete mixer. The railway concrete plant is also applicable to high-grade concrete for its good mixing efficiency.
HZS railway concrete plant adopts advanced technology. Firstly, duplex computer control can synchronously or separately control the entire production process, to ensure uninterrupted operation in case of any failure of the other computer. Secondly, special substep weighting system is designed so that the concrete grade has reached Germany and Japan’s standard.
