REBEL CRUSHER is specifically designed for the RECYCLE INDUSTRY
Rebel crusher with the following features:
1 Removable “LOW HEIGHT” Hopper. Designed to be fed with a BOBCAT® or skid steer loader. Rebel can also be fed by an excavator or front end loader.
2 30″ x apprx. 12′ Heavy Duty Belt feeder .
3 VARIABLE SPEED ON REMOTE!
4 High Frequency “SCALPING screen ” with under screen chute and side conveyor that folds up for transport. Screen can be blanked off by replacing screen cloth with solid plate. Side conveyor will only be used when screen cloth is installed. Scalping screen is designed to remove unwanted dirt or fines from mixing with the finished crushed product.
5 HUGE Approx. 20″ x 36″ jaw crusher driven by hydraulic motor and belt drives.
6 Tubular frame supports crusher, screens, conveyors and track drive.
7 30″ wide X approx. 20’’ Long Under Crusher front discharge conveyor.
8 Apprx. 160 HP DEUTZ DIESEL POWER PLANT. “Liquid Cooled”. Complete with radiator, gauges, console, Donaldson Air filter, batteries and fuel tank.
9 Hydraulic valves, motors, hydraulic oil reservoir, hydraulic oil cooler, plumbing lines and controls.
10 RADIO REMOTE CONTROL. Controls track, crusher, screen(s), conveyors, & feeder.
11 Primed, painted, and decals installed.
(2)Two-DECK SIZING SCREEN positioned after under crusher conveyor. Screen will be equipped with standard screen cloth on both decks. Comes complete with Urethane chutes to position material into three separate stock
Cross Belt Self Cleaning Magnet (designed to handle re-bar of various sizes and general metallic debris from concrete recycle material.)
