Maximum Crushing performance and maximum safety is important for ESSA Jaw Crushers. Due to integrated hopper baffle plates the operator is protected from rebounding sample material. An Electronic shear pin overload protection prevent the jaw crusher against over adjusting and overloading.
The cleaning of the JC1000 and JC2000 is particularly easy due to the Auto Lift Infeed Hopper for easy access to the crushing chamber. Due to the sturdy design, ESSA Jaw Crushers are virtually maintenance free.

ESSA Jaw Crushers as Integration version
Essa Jaw Crushers are available as well to be integrated in a sample tower. This Crusher are designed to operate continuously for on line crushing operations in a sample tower. The integration crushers are supplied without the In feed Hopper and without the Motor Protections Switch. The Motor of the Crusher will be supplied according to the customer’s requirements.
