Mobile Telescopic Stackers, Conveyors and Unloaders

Telestack mobile radial telescopic stockpile conveyors, mobile grasshopper conveyors, mobile truck unloaders and mobile hopper feeders are used in mines and quarries to replace wheel loaders, haul trucks, stationary stackers and stationary link conveyors.

Our equipment can be used in mines, quarries, ports and inland terminals for loading / unloading vessels, rail car loading / unloading and general stockyard management. This, along with the ease of disassembling and transporting in containers to anywhere in the world, ensures a high residual value for our equipment.

We have a solid reputation of supporting some of the world’s largest mining companies, including Rio Tinto, Cemex, La Farge, Mechel, Suek, Peter Hambro, Rusal, Norlisk Nickel and many more.

Mobile equipment for the mining industry

Our mobile self-contained solutions offer reduced fuel / power consumption and labour costs, as well as the flexibility to move equipment around the site. For all our equipment, we can offer full dust suppression / extraction as well as on-board diesel gensets.

Mobile equipment means that the costs for civil works and site construction costs are dramatically reduced. There are less planning restrictions compared with stationary installations, and much shorter delivery times from the factory compared with stationary plants.

Mobile radial telescopic stackers

Telestack track mobile radial telescopic stackers eliminate the need / cost of using a wheel loader or stationary conveyors to build stockpiles. Our extensive range can handle up to 2,500t/hr (density of 1.6kg/m³).

These units are typically used for heap leaching projects as well as projects requiring large stockpiles or those where the elimination of segregation / degradation is the priority.

Track mobile stackers / conveyors

Using a Telestack track mobile stacker can eliminate the use of a wheel loader to build stockpiles. We offer an extensive range that can handle 0-250mm materials, up to 1,500t/hr.

These units are typically used in conjunction with track mobile / wheel mobile crushing and screening plants, including Metso, Sandvik, Powerscreen, Kleeman Reiner and many more.

Mobile grasshopper conveyors

Track mobile grasshopper conveyors from Telestack eliminate the need / cost to use a haul truck to move material. Our extensive range can handle 0-300mm materials up to 1,500t/hr. Each unit is 43m long.

Mobile truck unloaders and hopper feeders

Telestack track mobile truck unloaders eliminate double-handling material with a wheel loader.
Our track mobile hopper feeders can be used to reclaim material to feed your existing processes.

Proven mobile mining equipment

We have a proven track record of operating our equipment in all conditions around the world, from the extreme cold of Siberia to the extreme heat and dust of Western Australia.

Our equipment can handle all types of raw material and densities, from coal and iron ores, to aggregates and most dry bulk materials. It is proven to reduce operating costs, improve site safety and reduce the impact to the environment.

Mobile mining equipment manufacture, testing and delivery

All Telestack equipment is designed and manufactured in-house, to ensure we have total control over quality and can customise to suit the specific requirements of our customers.

We fully assemble all equipment in our UK factory and thus fully test all functions to ensure everything is working. After testing, we disassemble the equipment and pack it into containers.

All equipment is designed to be transported in 40ft containers, which ensures reduced freight costs from the factory to the site. Units are easily assembled on-site typically within one week (no welding, no specialist electrics and no specialist hydraulics are required).
